Outdoor Supply Hardware

I went with my mom to outdoor supply today to get soil and our cashier was really cute and I regret not asking him for his number. His name was amardeep, hopefully he sees this and reaches out!

I believe the employee’s name was Amardeep. Although he looked like a teenager, he was extremely respectful, kind, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right plant fertilizer and soil. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, when I asked another employee, Lupe, for help, they were rude and didn’t seem interested in assisting me at all. The difference in service was very noticeable. Thank you, Amardeep, for making my shopping experience a great one!

Old fashion service. Staff on the floor know their stock and are happy to take you to the shelf and help you compare your options. A rarity. Good experience shopping there

Its like meeting the twin brother of an old lost childhood friend. Reminds me a lot of the old OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware) store before it got sold to Lowe's. Good assortment of items you would expect in a neighborhood hardware store. Glad to see they brought back the work clothing section, big fan of Carhartt brand, especially the knit caps. Only thing missing are Die Hard car batteries and Craftsman brand tools, otherwise it's just like OSH.
